Hey guys! I am currently in Indianapolis virtually and it's going okay. Wanted to see which would be the top markets for wholesaling volume in your opinion for the next couple of months. Ideally would want somewhere buyers are looking for; finding sellers and good deals are not the problem for me!

Looking to connect with investors, realtors, and wholesalers in Indianapolis. Brand new into this market and would love some insight on from individuals who are experienced in the city.

Hey guys I recently turned 19 and I'm starting my first year of college. I'm based in Miami, Florida. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to start in this business? I've gotten a couple of courses and a lot of information. I love real estate and wholesaling and understand it but again, I haven't yet started. I would love some advice also considering I'm 19. Best way to find sellers and which is he best marketing approach ? And also how to get an investor to take me seriously taking into account my age and also where to find them ?
