Texas Wholesaler with Contract Questions

Hey there, I am new to the wholesaling game here in Texas. As I am trying to finalize my contracts I had some questions about how some of you more experienced vets layout your clauses in the agreement between yourself and the seller, and then the differences in the contract between you and your buyer. I am seeking advice in what those contracts look like in both assignments and double closing type situations. I am already working with a local lawyer, but the more finalized contract I can bring to him, the more money I will end up saving for his services of review. Any mentorship would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you!
