Ohio Wholesaling Question

Hi BPers,

I will be receiving my Ohio salesperson license within the next few weeks and want to hit the ground running. As I am coming up on my final year as an undergraduate I know I will be restricted on time and therefore I think wholesaling would be a great start to my career.

I wanted to reach out to the community to link up with some local Cleveland wholesalers and offer my assistance. Obviously the best way to learn is through hands-on experience. If any Northeast Ohio investors who do work in wholesaling need a hand from a motivated finance student I would love to sit down for a cup of coffee or go for a drive around a potential neighborhood. Thanks everyone!
