Structuring this Wholesale Deal
Theoretical scenario: I find a house thats listed on the MLS for 80k (not bank-owned). The owner is willing to sell it to me for 60k. I find a end-buyer for 65k.
How many different ways can I structure this deal without getting too much of my own money on the line? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
