help get me started? 2yrs exp buy / holder

Hi All,
I finally stumbled across this site! Very nice, I'm sure I'll be spending some serious time here.

First a little about my BG:
Been investing in RE for 2 years. Currently have 7 units and am running the show. Doing well with CF and happy with progress, have read all the books on RE investing for hold strategy.

OK, so I would like to get into wholesaling, and I understand it fundamentally. I need help with the details. Can someone get me pointed to some literature that will help? I'm not sure how to get a property under contract w/o getting pre-approval, and closing myself.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
