If there has been a PRE_FORECLOSURE property located  an its indicated that the original loan amount is is $38,765 ,, the value of the property is listed at $195k                (on the same site). Area Comps are $176k-$267k .QUESTION!! 1.)What's the recommended way to contact the owner ? 2.) How is it determined what to offer the owner "while the property is in the pre-forclosure stage an 3.)Whats the next step of the pre-forclosure process? Trying to find out information about the loan, that the possible buyer is no entitle to
