I made $25k on my wholesale deal today, what's your BEST DEAL?

Hi guys, I'm not a wholesaler...or am I? Let's look at what a wholesaler is:

Whole-sa-ler: (n.) Person or firm that buys large quantity of goods from various producers or vendors, warehouses them, and resells to retailers.

So, I negotiated a SFH portfolio of 10 houses. Found a buyer. Wrote the contract. And I am making a $25,250 assignment fee.

This is not how most wholesalers work. Most find a property, get it under contract, then find a buyer. This is why it can be argued that I am not a wholesaler. I, am a mentor.

I am a connector. I find people with needs then I solve their problem. THIS is why I will look at any deal, I will work with every person I meet, because I will connect them to the deal/person/property that will ultimate benefit everyone. In my case, handsomely.

The Deal: 10 SFH, all tenanted, gross rent $11,000+/m, tenants pay all utilities

Looking to close July 14th also I have negotiated ownership of a percentage of the deal on top of it. So, am I more a mentor, a partner, or a wholesaler? I'd like some opinions.

Labels belong on soup cans anyway, right?
