Hey everyone. On a tax collector's website, what's the difference between "Delinquent Tax" reports and "Unpaid Real Estate Tax" reports? Both selections seem to refer to actual property. Also under the "Delinquent Tax" selection there are 3 subcategories: Certificate Issued, Certificate Desc, and Certificate Unpaid. Can anyone give any insight on this?
