Question on wholesaling transaction

I have a property in NJ I will be purchasing from a wholesaler and since this will be my first experience with wholesaling, I was hoping the BP community can help steer me in the right direction.

The documentation seems pretty straight forward.  It includes the sales contract, a contract amendment (since the seller is letting the property go for less than what the wholesaler and he originally agreed) and contract assignment.

One question I had was that I have a title company that I typically use for my transactions; can I use them instead of the title company that the wholesaler has listed in the documentation?

As always, any and all advice is appreciated!  Thank you
