florida multi family apartment investing
I'm looking to get in the florida market and like the title suggests I'm looking for bigger buildings and more units. most of the time you either get cash flow or appreciation but I seldom see both. If anyone's familiar with florida markets (current investors, realtors ect.) feel free to chime in. I like south west Tampa towards st Pete and a few other areas I'm just not too familiar with florida but new Jersey taxes are killing me.

How are you and Welcome to BP!
Multi Family Apartment Buying have a lot of factors in different areas of the US no different in Florida.
Florida is primarily depending on the Hospitality Industry and if that market softens your vacancies might rise. I would highly suggest connecting with the CBRE, Marcus & Millichap's of the Multi Family Market and meet and greet to build your Due Diligence Team.
Let me know if you have any questions.
