Hello, my name is Brittani-Kaye. I am new to wholesaling and am wondering if anyone knows how to do skip tracing and find the owners' phone numbers?

"skip tracing" requires a license in most states.

You can pay licensed investigators for the service.

If you just want to find one or two phone numbers, you can pay online services like Intelius.com or PeopleFinders.com
