Thanks Eric! I will be contacting her today.
Hello guys, There is this house in my neighborhood that has not pay their property taxes since 2014, so I’m assuming she hasn’t pay her mortgage payments as well. I have drove by her house a few days now and noticed her garage door has been opened for three days along with possible eviction notice on her front door. So, what I am wondering is how does this work? If I contact her via letter and see if we can make an offer including paying her property taxes since 2014 to hope she is more willing to sell. If she agrees and have missed mortgage payments, does this mean I have to cover all those mortgage payments as well? What’s the best approach to handle this?
How does that work?
Unfortunately, we offered her enough money to pay off her first mortgage and plus some, not enough money to pay off the 2nd loan on the same house.
Hello, there is this woman who is interested in selling her home but yet has a line of credit with a 2nd mortgage on her house for about $25k. So, my question is what loan can she apply for to pay off that LOC in order to sell her home?

Sean: yeah, I was thinking the same thing.

A friend of mine basically said the same thing what u said.

I think I'll go ahead and ask the neighbor to begin with. I already found out the names through assessor website and property tax records. Finding phone number seems hard to find online. Except having to pay someone or a company ofc.

I'll definitely do that soon!

Hello, my name is Brittani-Kaye. I am new to wholesaling and am wondering if anyone knows how to do skip tracing and find the owners' phone numbers?
