FHA Loan, Buy and hold Realestate

Hello, I'm looking to be a buy and hold investor. Trying to use an FHA loan to buy a multifamily property. Want to put it in an LLC without triggering a due on sale clause. Typically banks won't loan to new LLCs. Any suggestions?
