Looking to Network with wholesalers in North DFW

I am looking to network with wholesalers in North DFW. I have a construction background and have funds for backing as well as investors. Ultimately, I would like to buy and hold, but will flip in the process.

I have already sent some emails, but what is the best way to network with wholesalers? I am an equal opportunity kind of guy, so the goal is to form win-win relationships where we both come to a fair agreement.

What's work for everyone to get their deals from reliable wholesalers?

@Caleb Heimsoth thanks for replying. I have looked up two in my area and plan on going this month.

I'm a little leary of the ones that cost money though. Especially over $20 or so.
