Hello BP family! I'm thinking about working with a virtual assistant to help with lead generation.  Anyone use VAs for this? If so what is the process and/or directions that you give them? Also any good recommendations? 

Hi BP! I am from Milwaukee Wisconsin. I am new to the Bp community and real estate investing! Since I  am just starting out I would like to start with wholesaling. I know marketing is key to any success. My questions is how much do I need to get a good marketing campaign going? Also do I go with bandit signs, postcard or yellow letters?
