Doin first Co wholesale deal
'm trying to work on a possible deal for some development land to wholesale to a buyer , it would be a co wholesale deal with a local investor . What would I need to do besides having the other wholesaler sign a co wholesaler contract with me, to be sure I don't get squeezed out of the deal. He has the seller under contract I have the buyer.
Help please
