Hey everyone!

I've come past the term pocket listing from several investors that I've been networking. I'm trying to determine the difference between pocket listing and wholesaling a property.

Is there any difference?

@Nina Villarreal a pocket listing is a property listing that a realtor has, but has not put it up on the mls.  They send the listing out to their connections to see if they want to buy it.  This way they can usually get both sides of commission.   A wholesale deal is a property that an investor has under contract and they are trying to sell that contract for a fee.  They are usually not realtors.
