A Question About Closings

I had a question about closings. I saw in Nathan Jurewicz youtube videos that you can have your closing agent meet you at your house, where he signs the contracts. But if you do that, how do you receive your profits? Is it mailed to you or wired to your bank account? I would like to start virtually closing. I hear that you can just fax over everything if you don't really want to be there. But how do you receive your check?
