I am new to the REI world & I'm looking to get into wholesaling in the LA area. Anyone currently wholesaling in the Los Angeles/OC/IE/San Bernardino area? How is the market? Is this advisable for a newbie to start wholesaling this time in the LA market? Could anyone be so kind to share their advice, experiences, thoughts, etc? Any kind response is much appreciated. Thx
