I'm new to the world of REI & thinking of getting into wholesaling in the Los Angeles market. I'm thinking of purchasing Sean Terry's Flip To Freedom program. I have heard positive reviews about it thus far. I'm a bit of a skeptic but @ the same time I take action when I have that gut feeling, It just sounds too good to be true. Ignorance could get expensive I just want to cross and dot my T's & I's as much as possible. Is anyone currently using Sean Terry's program w/ any success? Could someone please educate me a bit on this to what to expect? I'm not looking for a fast money scheme or to get rich overnight w/o any work that's not even my motive. Any input is much appreciated. Thx

I'm looking to start an foreign series LLC in either Nevada or Delaware. Can anyone recommend are these 2 states a good spot to incorporate & a good reputable online company to start this? Thx.
