Hello, this is my first post and I'd really like some feedback.  About a month ago I decided to pursue real estate as a career and have been taking it very seriously.  I have been reading real estate investing books, listening to podcasts--BiggerPockets, Wholesale Inc, Lifetime CashFlow--and absorbing as much information as I can every single day.  I am extremely motivated, and wake up early every day to have time to study.  Currently I am stuck trying to figure out how to jump into this game. If there is anyone in the who can message me, or if you're in the San Antonio area grab coffee and chat, I'd love to pick your brain.  I'm not asking for a mentor, but if there is anyone in need of some extra help, I am more than willing to do grunt work, door knocking, phone calls, scheduling or whatever I can to be of assistance.  Please let me know, and thank you for taking the time to read this!
