As well as other primary and secondary markets

We need buying agents to work with us on distressed properties.  If you're interested please feel free to email me at [email protected].  Check out our company at atw-investments.com.  I look forward to working with you!

Hello BiggerPockets members,

I am working with an investment firm in the San Antonio area. We purchase distressed, fixer upper properties between to rehab, and focus on a buy-and-hold strategy with emphasis on cash flow. We currently do about 15 deals about a month--although we have the capacity to do around 40--and are looking to expand due to the competitive marketplace here in San Antonio. We are looking for investor friendly Realtors to send us properties within our buying criteria and represent us as a buying agent. Our company is currently looking at the following markets:

Waco, Temple, Killeen area San Antonio and surrounding areas Lubbock

Wichita Falls Rio Grande Valley Corpus Christi

Amarillo Austin

Let me know if you are interested in working together. Feel free to check out our website at

atw-investments.com. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello, this is my first post and I'd really like some feedback.  About a month ago I decided to pursue real estate as a career and have been taking it very seriously.  I have been reading real estate investing books, listening to podcasts--BiggerPockets, Wholesale Inc, Lifetime CashFlow--and absorbing as much information as I can every single day.  I am extremely motivated, and wake up early every day to have time to study.  Currently I am stuck trying to figure out how to jump into this game. If there is anyone in the who can message me, or if you're in the San Antonio area grab coffee and chat, I'd love to pick your brain.  I'm not asking for a mentor, but if there is anyone in need of some extra help, I am more than willing to do grunt work, door knocking, phone calls, scheduling or whatever I can to be of assistance.  Please let me know, and thank you for taking the time to read this!
