@Randall Alan

Thanks Randy. Agreed, not a large amount of money. I just wanting to make sure he's not purposely overestimating material and then keeping it to use on other jobs.

@Bob Stevens

100% agreed, it's a small amount of $. He's also requesting 5 more gallons of ceiling paint than I would normally use on a house this size. I just wanting to make sure he's not purposely overestimating material and then keeping it to use on other jobs.

I recently started using a new painter and I'm wondering if he is over-estimating material on purpose or if I'm just being stingy lol. I've been flipping houses for years but honestly can't remember how much caulk on average is needed. The house is 2,000 square feet.

I know it depends on the number of seams, wall height, amount of doors, windows, etc. but on average, how much caulk would you guestimate a painter would need to paint a 2,000 square foot house? He is requesting 2 cases of caulk (12 tubes in each case).

Quote from @Jessica Zolotorofe:
A resolution is not the same as an operating agreement. I have a template, email me and I'm happy to forward it to you.

Jessica, I know it has been 7 years since this post but any chance I could take you up on getting that corporate resolution template? :)

I bought a small park (13 spaces) last week in an area that was flooded/damaged by Hurricane Florence. One of the perks in buying the park was that FEMA has agreed to come in, remove the damaged trailers, and put in brand new FEMA trailers and pay us $600/month per trailer. In seeing the park I noticed that potentially more trailers could be brought in as there is space for at least 10 more trailers. Does anyone have experience working with FEMA in their parks? What are the chances I can convince them to add more trailers than what is already there? The town has lots of displaced residents that could benefit from them adding more trailers.

Because I want to include on my marketing pieces a website for a potential Seller to visit that is specific to their city and/or neighborhood.

If I were to target the Buckhead area of Atlanta for instance, I’d buy a domain name like: “FastHomebuyersBuckhead.com” or something like that but it would re-direct them to my main site, for example, “GeorgiaHomeBuyers.com” but would still show “FastHomebuyersBuckhead.com” in the URL...

Hope that makes sense. I’m not trying to get these domains ranked for any reason. Only goal is to drive motivated sellers to my website in hopes of getting a lead.

I'm wanting to target multiple cities/markets and want to create multiple domain names/websites that all forward to my main site (so I don’t really have to create a new site for each domain).

Does anyone know the best way to do this? I know there is masking/forwarding/different ways to potentially do this but want to know the best way and don’t want to negatively effect my site somehow.

Thanks in advance!
