I more so would like to find a someone with great knowledge in this field around the area on wholesale and also people on here that are investors thats looking for great deal! My last questions is for Investors, what do you consider as a good deal?

@Tony Nguyen This site is one of the best ways to grow your investor lists. A "good deal" is different for every investor and that is what you will have to learn when you start building your investor list. For me a 30% return on investment is what we look for.
