Can anybody recommend a good Closing Agent in Philadelphia??

@Account Closed  you guys crack me up 5 to 7 days to close is an eternity how about 5 to 7 hours.. that's more like it... its amazing how backward the older part of the country is.. Not dissing you of course just what you have to work with.. and of course its what you know.

out here on the west coast.. all of our title plants have been moved to the Philippines.. those folks turn a title report in a matter of one hour two max ( if your a premier client) 2 days standard service then close... And or we do it ourselves. we can get a date down on the phone and close in an hour.. Not with title insurance but 99% assurd what our deal is.. but when your buying smoking deals you have to take a little risk.
