So I am looking to wholesale properties to to get leads i thought I'd try direct mailing, and I watched this video on how to find the hottest zip codes in my country to direct mail to. The problem is I'm not sure how to find the exact addressed of the homes/owners I need to. Can anyone help instruct me on how to do that, or is there a way to just work with the zip codes.
