LISTSOURCE FOR WHOLESALE DEALS

So I am looking to wholesale properties to to get leads i thought I'd try direct mailing, and I watched this video on how to find the hottest zip codes in my country to direct mail to. The problem is I'm not sure how to find the exact addressed of the homes/owners I need to. Can anyone help instruct me on how to do that, or is there a way to just work with the zip codes. Replies would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and happy investing.

You need to make sure you are educated on the process of wholesaling.  Listsource provides names, address and zipcodes for properties in any area based on certain criteria.  Most people mail to the high equity list.  The high equity list is not necessarily a highly motivated list.  I mail to a tax delinquent vacant property list which are two criteria for motivated individuals.  You need to determine what areas you want to mail to.  Remember if the area is really hot then there will be a lot of people mailing to the same list.
