Hello, I'm a new member to the Bigger Pockets community and I have an interest in buy and hold. I've been educating myself on real estate for the past year and a half. In 2017, I will own at least one rental unit. Before I do that I want to build up money for down payments through wholesaling. What kinds of marketing and niche lists are best to use? Also, what
