So, I have my potential for deal in my hands and I wanted to put a quick question out there to see what others think...my end cash buyer asked where the property that I very well may be wholesaling to him what street it is or what hundredeth of a block it's on. He already knows what city it is in. He also said that he would no go behind my back. I want to trust him and think that, but then again, I don't want to be naive and I know that there are people out there that say one thing and do another.
Do you think I should give out this information? and if not, what should I tell him? Thanks a lot.
