Hello,

I am sure this question is probably answered somewhere on this website, but I have yet to find it. I am trying to find out what is the best website minus the MLS that would provide the best detailed and information for homes that have sold in a certain area in relation to a specific property address. Thank you.

I know this is an old post, but maybe my question will get answered. How would you go about looking up cash buyers on the tax assessors website? I have heard that by searching on the MLS cash buyers then going on the assessors website and searching that property it never gives any information on who purchased the property. Am I doing something incorrect?

Interesting, thanks for all the replies. I am going to look into what the state specific laws are for Illinois and see if it's even worth it to me. Thanks again.

Thank you for the replies. Nice to hear from you Bill, I am getting to that point eventually. It's funny that you said that about realtors and struggling. The only reason I asked this is because my realtor (a family friend) I have now that sends me listings had told me what I had asked in my original post. I was talking to him about obtaining my real estate license just to be able to due my due diligence, be able to get into houses when needed, etc., but when I was talking to him about taking the courses just to get my realtos license to use the MLS he said I can't just do that anymore they are making it mandatory that you become a broker as well?? I thought that didnt make sense, but I just wanted to see what others thought. My main reason for obtaining the license would be again to research market areas, search listings, etc. Thanks again for the replies.

Hello,

I am looking into getting my real estate license, but I heard through the grapevine that all realtors are required to become brokers now, that you just can't get your real estate license to be just a realtor? Does that make sense and does anyone know if this is true? Thanks alot.

Thats a great point and totally true. I was taking a look at your website, and you wouldn'y happen to know of any lending companies that are lending for start up loans no more than $20,000 for us real estate people would you?

Thanks for the reply Tony. Yes we have used all of the cards on a monthly basis. Personal credit is 730, but debt to income doesn't look the best because we made the mistake of putting business debt onto personal credit cards, which comes out to about $12,000.

Thanks for the help guys :) It's not just a credit building company, it's a company that helped start-up and establish my business, credit building is just factored in there somehow or another. The only reason why I was asking about the DS was to see if what they are telling me is a bunch of bs, or if that really doesn't matter. I also just wanted to see in general what people thought, because they told me everything looks great so far. In all honestly I would never pay someone just to build credit, as we can only do that ourselves.

Thanks for the replies so far.
I am pretty familiar with wholesaling, have no succesfully done a deal yet. I run into the problem of finding those great deals that aren't on the MLS. Any suggestions for that??

Hey Mark, thanks for the reply can you please go into more detail of peer to peer lending? I have never heard of this before. Thanks
