can you tell the seller and cash buyer that your a wholesaler ?

i recently started taking action with wholesaling properties . when i contact seller and cash buyers i aways tell them "I am a local wholesaler ". Is that ok to say or should i say" i am a cash buyer".please fell free to be hones . i appreciate all you answers
