@Franco Vanderka the list of tax delinquents is in the Suffolk County news paper . You have to go to Riverhead to look them up . The tax assessors won't give you a list .

I recently contact the county treasurer office and they told me the best they can do is if I bring a list of properties than I can look up if the owners are late on their taxes . Is there another way I can get that CD or list emailed to me ? Thank you in advance

John I have never heard of anyone going through legal problems because they were wholesaling . Maybe if they were trying to act as a realtor
