I am doing my first deal before the year is over and I was wondering if anyone would give me feedback who is a wholesaler. This will be my first deal and would like some tips on doing my first deal such as negotiating, analyzing the house and anything that could help. I already have an investor who I am finding homes for and have 8 potential deals that could work for him.
