Contracts for double closing a wholesale deal??

Hello all,

I am confused as to where to find contracts. My partner and I would like to double close on our first deal, but I have no clue where to go to find those types of contracts!! I live in Winter Haven, Florida located in Polk County!! Can someone please help us!!??
