Wholesaling Deal In Baltimore, MD
I'm working on my first wholesale deal. I currently have a wholesaling deal in Baltimore, MD. I'm not an agent, but I have a friend/partner that is willing to assist. In the event, that my friend is unable to help, what steps would anyone suggest for moving forward. The seller is ready to sale and I have a "potential" buyer that wants the property address. I want to prevent the buyer (who is an agent) from moving forward on the deal without me. What should I do before I give him the physical address? Also, please note I have 20 other properties that the seller wants to sale.
Thanks in advance. I apologize for the brevity or any typos. I'm writing from my iPhone.

@Ryan Robinson let's start at the very beginning. Do you have control of the property (Under Contract)
