Welcome to BP! I would suggest continuing to hang out on the forums as people really share their experiences and give great insight. I would also suggest BPs weekly webinars hosted by Brandon Turner and the BP podcasts. These two avenues offer a lot of great information to help you engage in real estate investing with knowledge .
