Code Violation List

Good Evening,

I am new to wholesaling and I want to market to the code violation list but don't know exactly how.  The list has structural, lack of utilities, hazardous conditions, vacant and open and uncorrected red tags.  Which ones should I market to and how?  Also, should I look up each house to see which one is worthy?  I've looked up several and there weren't any pics available so it is hard to judge which properties are worthy.  Do I have to drive to each one that doesn't have pics?  4 pages of properties.

Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

I normally look up the properties through Google Maps. That way you can find out if it's an empty lot or if the neighborhood is a war zone. However my favorite one at target is tall grass. Because is a clear sign of neglect.
