Hello BP Family,

Im located in Frederick MD.  Like everyone here im growing and learning each and everyday.

I need help jumping into the pool of Real estate. Iv herd some scary stories of people losing it all, making a mistake on their first deal and so on.

Are there any experienced wholesalers that are willing to exchange services? Hard work, for knowledge and a understanding of the process. Im in luxury automotive sales so Im great on the phone, ending emails, or just leg work.

Any experienced wholesalers willing to help me close my first contract? In exchange im willing to put in hours of work to assist you in finding and closing more contracts for yourself. In helping you, Im hoping it will also allow me to get a better understanding of the process.

Would love to hear whats out there. BP is a great resource for help and guidance. But im looking to take things to the next level.
