Any investors in the Chicagoland area in need of a "bird dog" or willing to take on an apprentice of sorts and help show me the ropes of wholesaling? I already have a mentor for fix and flips and buy and holds but he doesn't do wholesaling. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated but would love the opportunity to truly work with someone on wholesaling and gain some hands on knowledge.
