P.S. I actually call myself a wholesaler until I've reached another threshold of expertise and experience. Then I'll title myself an investor once I've actually bought a property with cash. Meanwhile I'm going to keep making my profit's through wholesaling in the most honest and transparent way possible. The sellers are happy, I'm happy, and the end buyer is happy. That's the way I've kept it and will always continue to keep it. Nothing illegal over here.

@Chris Piper You are exactly correct on that my friend. I'm awaiting on her response to the email I sent earlier this morning. If she is still giving me negative tone through the email then I will move on and continue looking for more great deals.

@Kevin Phu I was thinking the same thing most of the night on how weird it was by listing FSBO. That's the only filter I use to connect directly to a seller not an agent. Her marketing skills are horrible...lol

Hello @Beck Spivey, thank you for your reply. The issue with this agent is that she claims that the house was listed with her name attached and that was a dishonest remark. Several sites state that the property was for sale by the owner only and her name was nowhere to be found except on her own personal website. I simply sent out a direct mailing campaign to reach the seller like I do with thousands more.. My intentions were not to by pass the listing agent because I didn't know she existed. Her call should have been more professional and simply say that she was the agent on contract for the property and  I must go through her. I spoke to my partner about the issue and he suggested exactly what you stated. I will hold back my tongue and see if this is a good deal or not. I'm writing out a rough draft of the email I'm sending to ask questions about the conditions of the property and keep it professional as possible...lol Thank you

Hello I'm Anthoney Perkins and I'm a fairly new wholesaler here in North California. I recently compiled a long list of for-sale -buy owner addresses in my market area. I then mailed off my yellow letter campaign to the owners and I received a phone call from a listing agent that was not pleased with me sending a letter to her client. She asked me why I didn't call her directly and if I knew the house was listed on her website. I told her that I wasn't aware of the listing on the website. I told her that I was an investor and would possibly be interested in buying the house. She laughed and said email her my proof of funds and to contact her only and hung up the phone. My question is , Should I even consider working out a possible deal with this listing agent? Her dismissive attitude took me by suprise. The house is a distressed 2 bed / 2 bath  890 sq ft and asking price is 79k.
