Finding Wholesale deals?
I am a new investor, trying to find my first deal. Does anyone have any resources, or tips for finding good houses? Thanks

If you're looking for wholesale/off-market deals your gonna have to link up with a few local wholesalers in your area. They are not that hard to find if you do a lil research in your area. 2nd option would be to link up with a investor friendly agent. If you haven't done either of those I would start with that.
