I was wondering about all these wholesalers offering a cash offer within 24 hours.  Are you guys going out and checking out the property within 24 hours?  Or, are you just doing online research then giving an offer without seeing the place?  I'm setting up our website and I want to make I'm putting up reasonable timelines we can meet.  Thanks!
