Broom county NY wholesaling questions here!

I'm trying to figure out what I want to do in the real estate world. Let me better phrase that. I'm trying to figure out the best way to get in the door of real estate.

Me and my girlfriend (excuse me, Fiance) just recently got engaged and have been living together for a little over a month. We have to save for a car for her before winter, and we also have to pay for a wedding.

So with out unloading my life on BP what i am looking for is some local investors who could answer some of my questions. I would like to find a fix and flipper who would love for for great deals to just hand delivered to them. I am willing to do the work for getting the leads. Make no mistake I know that is what it takes: work.
