Wholesalers and Realtors in Baton Rouge

Hello all. Ive been hovering around a lot over the past few months and finally have things flowing now. I' in the Lafayette market wholesaling with buy and hold on my list. I am scheduling a direct mail campaign to Baton Rouge and would like to network with some local people who would like to work together on deals. Although not doable traveling to Baton Rouge is not my favorite option so boots on the ground there could create an effective team to make stuff happen. Looking forward to growing relationships!
