Ok, so today while in class with my mentor he led to a property he put under contract and said "Get this sold and you'll get $1,000. So in my mailchimp email campaign i only have a list about 3 people.  He said i cannot post it on Craigs list, what is the best way online that i can market this property, or give it any type of exposure?
