Salt Lake City Title Companies

Hey there. I am starting a Wholesaling business and am having issues finding reliable title companies to work with. It seems to be hard to find title companies that follow up and are willing to give me time. I have called several companies and all of them have said that they are busy and would call me once they have time. I would really appreciate any suggestions for title companies or advice on finding the right one. Thank you for your time!

I have used a few in Salt Lake that I have really liked.  In no particular order:

Advanced Title, 6955 South Union Park Center, Suite 120 - (801)328-9000, ask for Marcel Giles, he's great to work with and has done several searches for me.

Benchmark Title, 4516 S 700 E, #260 Salt Lake - (801)898-2745, ask for Ken Sowby.  He is a friend and handles business development for them, but he can get you to the right person if he knows what you want to accomplish.

Metro National Title, 345 E Broadway, Salt Lake - (801)561-9166, you can ask for Chad Taylor or Madison.  Chad does BD and Madison is escrow.
