Hi,

I'm putting my ducks in a row to start wholesaling in the Kansas City area.  I realize one of these pieces is to have a title company to work with on a regular basis.  I'm going to a MAREI meeting 12 July, and I will network there too.  But, I thought I'd ask here as well. 

What title companies in the KC area do wholesalers recommend?  I'd like to find one that's used to working with real estate investors, specifically wholesalers.
