Texas P/S Assignment Contracts??

So I've been looking for a Purchase and Sale Agreement/Assignment contract for the state of Texas, and have had no luck. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? I checked the TREC website, but I couldn't find any contracts for wholesaling. Unless I'm not looking hard enough. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
