RE: How to find off market properties

I have noticed that the inventory for homes in Bridgeport, CT that are for sale on the MLS has dwindled substantially. What would be the best way to find a deal for a cashbuyer if there is nothing on the marketing in Bridgeport, CT. I am real estate agent that has just started wholesaling off market properties and have only done one so far but in Hartford County. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'm with Luka, I get most of my deals from direct mail.  You can keep your costs down by doing it yourself or pay a bit more to have a company do it for you.
