hi bp,

I have my first appointment with a motivated seller tomorrow. I hope everything goes as planned and I'm able to lock this 1 up. Does anyone know of any investor friendly title company that's familiar with doubles/ assignments in the Newport news area? I appreciate your feedback in advance.
