Hello All, 

I've taken an interest in wholesaling and have been reading into it a lot lately. I am looking to begin as soon as possible, but I don't want to rush into it blind. I'm currently residing in San Marcos, TX. If anyone can elaborate on the required contracts needed, that would be a lot of help. If possible, I would also like to shadow, or preferably assist someone who is either in the same boat or already has experience.

 @Mark Nolan, @Cynthia Franklin @Dave Visaya. Thank you all for the warm welcome! I'm very excited that this site exists and has such an amazing community. I've been studying a lot from Phil Pustejovsky's online material. My girlfriend and I are planning on reaching out to sellers a little later today. We are going to try and flip a property to a contractor-investor-buyer to get started.

       I'm looking into flipping, and from there maybe transitioning into rentals. As I am new to this, i'm not sure if this is the best route.

       My name is Marcos Acosta (Mark), I have recently taken an interest in the opportunities offered through Real Estate. I'm not looking to quit my job, but I love the idea of flipping houses on the side. My goal is to help my parents with retirement, help loved ones through educational costs, and work towards alleviating my own debt.
